Terms and Conditions of MunichDogTrainer Dog School

Effective from February 1, 2025

1. Liability

The dog owner is 100% responsible for their dog. MunichDogTrainer (represented by Victoria Dreyer or authorized staff) assumes no liability.

2. Damages

The customer agrees to hold MunichDogTrainer harmless against any third-party claims for damages. By registering, the customer accepts that MunichDogTrainer is not liable for any damages caused by the dog or the customer during or as a result of course participation. Participation is at the customer’s own risk.

3. Health Requirements

All participating dogs must:
✔ Be free from infectious diseases
✔ Be parasite-free
✔ Have up-to-date vaccinations (proof may be required)
MunichDogTrainer reserves the right to decline customers without providing reasons.

4. Female Dogs in Heat

✅ Allowed for private sessions (upon prior consultation)
⛔ Not allowed in group training, courses, or walks

5. Insurance

Owners must have valid liability insurance for their dogs. Proof may be required. MunichDogTrainer operates in urban areas, fields, and forests, but assumes no liability for any damages to people, animals, or property.

6. Pricing & Validity of Training Packages

💰 Sessions are offered as:
✔ Private lessons
✔ Group courses
✔ 10-session packages (valid for 6 months)

💡 Prepaid packages are non-refundable. Missed sessions due to illness or exceptional events may be rescheduled but not refunded. Packages cannot be transferred.

⏳ Each session lasts 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. Late arrivals do not justify a refund or time extension.

7. Payment Terms

• Prices follow the current website rates.
• Block training fees must be paid at the beginning of the course.
• Individual sessions must be paid immediately after the session.

8. Cancellations

🚨 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• If canceled on time, the session may be rescheduled.
• Late cancellations (<24 hours) are fully charged.

9. Withdrawal by MunichDogTrainer

MunichDogTrainer may terminate a contract without notice if:

• The participant violates the contract.
• The participant endangers the training course or others.

⚠ If MunichDogTrainer cancels a session, a replacement session will be provided for free.
⚠ No refunds for missed sessions by the participant.

10. Course Exclusion

MunichDogTrainer reserves the right to immediately exclude customers who:
❌ Use physical or psychological violence against their dog.
❌ Disrupt the course in any way.

Fees are non-refundable in such cases.

11. Data Collection & Privacy

📌 By registering, customers agree to electronic data processing and receiving MunichDogTrainer’s informational materials.

12. Photo & Video Usage

🎥 Training progress may be documented with photos or videos for:
✔ Internal training purposes
✔ Advertising (with anonymization)

By participating, the customer agrees to this usage.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

MunichDogTrainer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become legally binding as soon as they are published on www.munichdogtrainer.de.

14. Legal Validity

If any clause is deemed legally invalid, the remaining terms remain unaffected.
💡 In case of multiple language versions, the German version is legally binding.

15. Data Protection

As per e-commerce law (ECG), MunichDogTrainer is responsible for the content and images on this website.
