Terms and Conditions — MunichDogTrainer
Valid from 20th May 2026
1. Liability
The dog owner bears 100% responsibility for their dog at all times. MunichDogTrainer (represented by Victoria Dreyer or authorised staff) accepts no liability.
2. Damages
The client agrees to indemnify MunichDogTrainer against any third-party claims for damages. By registering, the client accepts that MunichDogTrainer is not liable for any damage caused by the dog or the client during or as a result of participation. Participation is entirely at the client’s own risk.
3. Health Requirements
All participating dogs must be:
✔ Free from infectious diseases
✔ Free from parasites
✔ Up to date with vaccinations (proof may be required)
MunichDogTrainer reserves the right to refuse clients without giving reasons.
4. Females in Season
✅ Permitted for individual sessions (by prior arrangement)
⛔ Not permitted in group training, courses, or group walks
5. Insurance
Dog owners must hold a valid liability insurance policy for their dogs. Proof may be required. MunichDogTrainer operates in urban areas, fields, and forests but accepts no liability for damage to persons, animals, or property.
6. Pricing, Travel & Validity of Training Packages
💰 Sessions are offered as:
✔ Individual sessions
✔ Group courses
✔ 10-session packages (valid for 6 months)
🚗 Travel costs: Travel within a radius of 8 km (based on Rathausplatz Unterschleißheim) is included in the hourly rates. Travel beyond this radius is subject to an individual agreement.
💡 Pre-paid packages are non-refundable. Sessions missed due to illness or exceptional circumstances may be rescheduled but cannot be refunded. Packages are non-transferable.
⏳ Each session lasts 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. Late arrivals do not entitle the client to a refund or extension of time.
7. Payment Terms
- Prices reflect the current rates shown on the website.
- Block training fees must be paid at the start of the course.
- Individual sessions must be paid immediately after the session.
8. Cancellations
🚨 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Sessions cancelled in time may be rescheduled.
- Late cancellations (<24 hours) will be charged in full.
9. Cancellation by MunichDogTrainer
MunichDogTrainer may terminate a contract immediately if:
- The participant breaches the contract.
- The participant endangers the course or other participants.
⚠ If MunichDogTrainer cancels a session, a replacement session will be provided free of charge.
⚠ No refund for sessions missed by the participant.
10. Data Protection & Photo/Video Recording
📌 By registering, clients consent to electronic data processing and receiving information from MunichDogTrainer.
🎥 Training progress may be documented with photos or videos.
